If aliens arrived tomorrow, what’s the first thing I’d ask them?
Hilarious.
So I finally get to be selfish and stop worrying about the rest of humanity?
Right. Let’s get on with it then, shall we?
I am not interested in where they came from, who they are and what their ulterior motive is for arriving on Earth.
I ain’t least curious enough to know how their planet/galaxy/star/home world or whatever the rock they live on is like.
What does it matter to me if they have a family or how their family systems work?
I don’t care what they eat as long as I am not their next meal.
What I want and would ask them for is a ride around the Universe in whatever form of transport they landed on Earth. I don’t care how long it takes. Most likely if the movies are right, I wouldn’t be back by the time my own family shed their mortal coil on Earth.
It’s ok.
They know I love them. I know they love me enough to let me go have some fun for once and explore the Universe.
A quick (hilarious, I know!) ride around the Universe or whatever corners of the Universe they can travel to, and maybe a drop back home. If home still exists by the time I return that is…
The ride would have been long enough for them to realise I am indispensable to them. So even if I have no one and nothing to get back to, I will just stick around with them and go wherever they go.
That’s all the planning I require. The Universe is a visa-free zone, right?
I am sure I don’t need to carry any clothes or cosmetics or god forbid, coconut oil and a comb! Ahh…the joys of freedom from human constructs!
So when are they arriving, WordPress? You’ve got the right time for me so I don’t miss my piggyback ride?
Coz I am so ready!
Forget the questions—if aliens land, I’m hitching a ride around the Universe. No interrogations, no luggage, no goodbyes—just a one-way ticket to freedom, adventure, and whatever strange corners of space they’re willing to explore.
